Shipping & Delivery

Most of our wigs are made to order; Angelo Seminara brushes ship from stock. The timelines below cover production and delivery — production starts once your order and payment are confirmed.

DELIVERY TIMES

Production & Delivery Time

Timelines vary by product. The Session Wig ships in about 5–6 days worldwide. The Ready-to-Wear Wig is made to order and typically arrives in 2–3 weeks (custom configurations — full lace, longer lengths, diamond netting — sit at the longer end). Angelo Seminara brushes are dispatched within 1–3 business days via Royal Mail. If anything is likely to take longer, we’ll email you with an updated timeline as soon as we know.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide. Wigs go through trusted international carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS and regional couriers); brushes ship via Royal Mail, which emails your tracking directly. The carrier may vary by destination and the fastest available route. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your wig ships, we email you the carrier and a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to the door.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, your country’s local customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply. These are set by your destination’s authorities and are the customer’s responsibility, separate from the price you pay us. If a parcel is refused or returned because customs charges were not paid, return shipping and fees may be deducted from a refund.

We work with our shipping partners to keep customs fees as low as possible — so duties are often lower than you would expect.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged?

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout — we cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days and we will help open a trace with the carrier. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email support@hair-mastery.com with your order number and clear photos within 48 hours of delivery.
