Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you buy a wig from the Hair Mastery Wig Shop.
Effective 9 June 2026. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase of physical wigs from the Hair Mastery Wig Shop at hair-mastery.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Purchases of online courses and subscriptions are governed separately by our Terms & Conditions.

1. The products
We sell two wigs:
- The Session Wig — Cambodian Remy hair on 360 lace, available in 19 shades, built as a customizable professional base.
- The Ready-to-Wear Wig — virgin Brazilian hair, glueless, finished with invisible HD lace and pre-bleached knots, with optional diamond netting. Available in four signature shades with selectable length, density, and lace type.
Both wigs are made to order. Production begins after your order is confirmed and configured to the options you select. Because each wig is handmade from natural human hair, slight variations in colour, texture, density, and shade between the website images, the colour table, and the finished wig are normal and not defects. Tone can also vary by lighting and hair lot.
2. Orders & order acceptance
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and payment by email.
- We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if there’s a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel before shipping, we refund any payment in full.
- Please check your selected options (shade, length, density, lace, cap size, measurements) carefully before paying. Because wigs are made to order, we may be unable to change an order once production has started.
3. Pricing & payment
- Prices are listed on each product page in EUR (€). The Session Wig starts at €700; the Ready-to-Wear Wig starts at €750 with priced add-ons for length, density, full lace, and diamond netting.
- Prices may change at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
- We accept payment by card (via Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay) and by Klarna where available. Payment is taken in full at checkout unless a Klarna instalment plan is selected; Klarna purchases are also subject to Klarna’s own terms.
- You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your destination country (see our Shipping Policy).
4. Shipping & delivery
- We ship worldwide. Production and delivery timelines vary by product (the Ready-to-Wear Wig is made to order, typically 2–3 weeks) and are shown on each product page and in our Shipping Policy.
- Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Title passes once payment has cleared in full.
5. Returns, exchanges & defects
Because our wigs are made to order and are hygiene-sensitive personal-care items, they are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If your wig arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or not matching the options you ordered, we will put it right. The full process, timeframes, and your statutory rights are set out in our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Care & use
Our wigs are professional products made from natural human hair. They can be cut, coloured, permed, and styled, but doing so is at your own risk and is not covered by any defect remedy. Follow good wig-care practice to preserve the hair and lace. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, harsh chemical treatment, or normal wear.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Wig Shop — images, text, the colour table, branding, and the “Hair Mastery” and “The Session Wig” names — belongs to Hair Mastery and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and the competent Swiss courts at our registered seat have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence. EU/EEA consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
