Affiliate Program Terms of Service
These terms govern your participation in the Hair Mastery Affiliate Program. By joining, you agree to promote our professional hair education platform — including 88+ online courses in wig making, hair styling, coloring, and creative development — in accordance with these guidelines.

Earn Commissions
Promote 88+ professional hair education courses and earn referral fees on every qualified sale through your unique affiliate link.
Monthly Payouts
Receive automatic monthly payments once your accumulated commissions exceed the $20 minimum threshold.

Monitor your referral activity with system-tracked special links, transparent reporting, and real-time commission accrual.
Agreement
By signing up for the Hair Mastery Affiliate Program, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). Hair Mastery reserves the right to update and change these Terms of Service without prior notice.
Any new features or tools added to the current Affiliate Program shall also be subject to these Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page.
Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your account and forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commission payments earned during the violation.
You agree to use the Hair Mastery Affiliate Program at your own risk. Hair Mastery’s affiliate program enables you to earn commissions by promoting our professional hair education courses — including wig making masterclasses, hair styling tutorials, coloring techniques, editorial styling programs, and business development content.
Account Terms
To be eligible for the Hair Mastery Affiliate Program, you must meet the following account requirements:
- You must be 18 years of age or older
- You must be a current United States resident
- Account registration must be completed by a human — bot or automated registrations are not permitted
- You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested during the registration process
Additional account terms:
- Each login may only be used by one person — shared logins across multiple individuals are prohibited
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Only one account per person or legal entity is permitted
- You may not use the Hair Mastery Affiliate Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws
- You may not earn money through your own Hair Mastery product accounts using your affiliate links
Links & Graphics on Your Site
Once you are approved for the Hair Mastery Affiliate Program, you will be assigned a unique Affiliate Code. This code may be used to create special links for placement on your website, in emails, social media, and other communications to promote Hair Mastery’s professional hair education courses.
Hair Mastery will provide suggested artwork and design guidelines for your affiliate links and banners. We may modify the design and dimensions of our provided graphics at any time without advance notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to inform you of significant changes.
To ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and commission accrual, you must use the special link formats provided by the Hair Mastery affiliate system. You will earn referral fees only with respect to sales on Hair Mastery products occurring directly through your properly formatted Special Links — this includes all our online hair courses, wig masterclasses, hair styling programs, and subscription plans.
Referral Fees & Commissions
To qualify for a commission, a customer must click through your Special Link to hair-mastery.com and complete a purchase of any Hair Mastery product within that session. Eligible products include individual hair courses, wig making masterclasses, subscription memberships, and shop items.
Commission Payment Rules:
- Commissions are only earned on sales that are automatically tracked by the Hair Mastery affiliate system through your Special Links
- Manual claims, purchase screenshots, or referral codes entered outside the tracking system will not qualify for commission payment
- Only properly formatted special links tracked by our systems will generate commissions
- Hair Mastery reserves the right to disqualify commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal, or questionable marketing methods at its sole discretion
Minimum Threshold:
Affiliate commission payments are processed only after your accumulated earnings exceed $20 USD. If your account never reaches this threshold, commissions will be forfeited. Hair Mastery’s payment responsibility is limited to accounts that have earned above the $20 minimum.
Self-Purchasing Prohibition:
Purchasing Hair Mastery products through your own affiliate links is strictly prohibited. If self-purchasing is detected, Hair Mastery may withhold referral fees and/or terminate your affiliate agreement immediately.
Hair Mastery processes affiliate commission payouts on a monthly basis.
Once your current earnings exceed $20 USD since your last payout (or since enrollment if no prior payout), your commission payment will be processed during the next monthly payment cycle.
If your earnings have not reached the $20 threshold since your previous payment, your balance will carry forward and be processed the following month once the minimum is met.
Customers who purchase Hair Mastery products — including online hair courses, wig masterclasses, styling programs, and subscriptions — through your affiliate Special Links become Hair Mastery customers. As such, all Hair Mastery rules, policies, and operating procedures apply to them.
Hair Mastery may modify its pricing, policies, and procedures at any time. Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Important: Because pricing for our hair education courses and subscription plans may change, you should not display specific product prices on your website. Instead, link directly to the relevant Hair Mastery course or pricing pages where customers can view current pricing.
As a Hair Mastery affiliate, you are solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your website and all materials that appear on it. This includes:
- The technical operation of your site and all related equipment
- Ensuring that your affiliate links to Hair Mastery comply with all agreements with third-party services (hosting providers, social media platforms, etc.)
- The accuracy, truthfulness, and appropriateness of all materials posted on your site — including descriptions of Hair Mastery’s hair education courses, wig masterclasses, and instructor credentials
- Ensuring your content does not infringe on any third-party rights including copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or proprietary interests
- Ensuring your content is not libelous, illegal, or otherwise objectionable
- Maintaining accurate and transparent disclosure of your data collection practices (privacy policy or equivalent) to all visitors
- Properly notifying visitors about any third-party content serving or data collection on your site
As a participant in the Hair Mastery Affiliate Program, you are required to comply with all applicable laws, including governmental laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, licenses, permits, judgments, and decisions that apply to your marketing and promotional activities.
In particular, all affiliate marketing communications, including email campaigns, must comply with:
- The CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and all subsequent amendments
- All applicable federal and state anti-spam legislation
- Any applicable FTC disclosure requirements for affiliate marketing relationships
- Data protection and privacy regulations applicable in your jurisdiction, including GDPR for European audiences
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Hair Mastery in all promotional content as required by applicable advertising disclosure laws.
Term of Agreement & Program
This Agreement begins upon your acceptance into the Hair Mastery Affiliate Program and remains in effect until terminated by either party.
Either you or Hair Mastery may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice to the other party (email is sufficient).
Upon termination, you must immediately:
- Cease all use of Hair Mastery affiliate links, trademarks, trade dress, logos, and provided marketing materials
- Remove all Hair Mastery affiliate links and branding from your website and marketing channels
- Stop representing yourself as a Hair Mastery affiliate partner
Hair Mastery reserves the right to end the entire Affiliate Program at any time. If the program is closed, any outstanding earned commissions exceeding the $20 minimum threshold will be paid out to qualifying affiliates.
Termination
Hair Mastery may suspend or terminate your affiliate account and deny all current or future access to the Affiliate Program, at its sole discretion, for any reason, at any time.
If your account is deactivated or deleted due to violations, all accumulated commissions will be forfeited if the earnings were derived from fraudulent, illegal, or questionable marketing methods.
Hair Mastery reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. This includes the right to reject affiliate applications during the initial review process.
Relationship of Parties
You and Hair Mastery are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and Hair Mastery.
You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on behalf of Hair Mastery. You may not make any statements that contradict or misrepresent this independent contractor relationship.
Limitations of Liability
Hair Mastery shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost revenue, lost profits, or loss of data) arising from this Agreement or the Affiliate Program, regardless of whether Hair Mastery has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Hair Mastery’s aggregate liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
This limitation of liability applies to all aspects of the Hair Mastery Affiliate Program, including but not limited to referral tracking, commission calculations, payment processing, and program availability.
