At Hair Mastery, we are committed to delivering high-quality education and value through our online courses and digital content. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products Policy

All of our online courses are considered digital products and are non-refundable after the 5-day grace period once purchased. By completing a transaction on our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are purchasing a non-tangible digital product.

You waive your right to a refund under applicable consumer protection laws for digital goods.

All sales are final.

If you purchased the monthly installments of 39 euros. All 12 payments need to be made.

This policy ensures fairness and helps us prevent misuse of course content.

2. Course Preveiw and Description

We encourage you to carefully review:

  • Course trailers or previews (if available)

  • Instructor details

  • Course description, duration, and included resources

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally make the same purchase twice, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We’ll review and issue a refund for the duplicate purchase upon verification.

4. Technical Issues

If you’re unable to access your purchased course due to technical reasons:

  • Ensure your internet connection and browser are working.

  • Contact our support team with a screenshot or description of the issue.

We are happy to help troubleshoot any access problems, but technical issues are not grounds for a refund unless we are unable to resolve them within 5 business days.

5. Subscription Cancellation

If your course or membership is part of a recurring subscription, you may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing us. After cancellation:

  • You will retain access to the course until the current billing period ends.

  • No refunds will be issued for partial periods or unused content.

6. Live Classes or Events

If you book a live session or event, the following applies:

  • Cancellations made 2 week before the live class may be eligible for credit or rescheduling.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be refunded.
