All online hair courses, wig masterclasses, and hair styling programs available on the Hair Mastery platform are classified as digital educational products. These include single classes, multi-part masterclasses, and subscription-based access to our full library of 88+ professional hair education courses.
Upon purchasing or subscribing to any Hair Mastery course or membership plan, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are purchasing access to non-tangible digital educational content
- All course purchases and subscriptions are non-refundable after the 5-day satisfaction guarantee period
- You waive your right to a refund under applicable consumer protection laws for digital goods after the grace period
- If you purchased a monthly installment plan (e.g., EUR 39/month), all 12 payments must be completed in full regardless of usage

- No further charges will be applied after the current period

This policy applies to all Hair Mastery live masterclasses worldwide. Because classes are small (10–12 max) and sell out, every cancelled spot is a spot someone else could have had. The policy is designed to be fair to students while protecting the business from late cancellations that can’t be refilled.

Key Rules
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to bookings@hair-mastery.com.
- The cancellation date is the date the email is received, not the date the student decides to cancel.
- Transferring your spot: Students may transfer their booking to another person at any time before the class, at no extra cost. Just email us the new person’s name and contact details.
- Transferring to a future date: If the same class is running in another city or on a future date, the student may transfer their booking once, subject to availability. No fee applies if requested 30+ days before the original class. Within 30 days, a €150 admin fee applies.
- Class cancellation by Hair Mastery: If we cancel a class for any reason (instructor illness, venue issue, insufficient enrolment), students receive a full 100% refund or a free transfer to the next available date — their choice.
- Force majeure: In cases of travel bans, natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond our control, we will offer a full credit toward any future class. Refunds will be assessed case by case.
