  • The cancellation date is the date the email is received, not the date the student decides to cancel.
  • Transferring your spot: Students may transfer their booking to another person at any time before the class, at no extra cost. Just email us the new person’s name and contact details.
  • Transferring to a future date: If the same class is running in another city or on a future date, the student may transfer their booking once, subject to availability. No fee applies if requested 30+ days before the original class. Within 30 days, a €150 admin fee applies.
  • Class cancellation by Hair Mastery: If we cancel a class for any reason (instructor illness, venue issue, insufficient enrolment), students receive a full 100% refund or a free transfer to the next available date — their choice.
  • Force majeure: In cases of travel bans, natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond our control, we will offer a full credit toward any future class. Refunds will be assessed case by case.
