Our 100% refund policy does not cover incorrect bookings. This means:
- Refunds will not be issued if you book a course but expect different content or a different course (e.g., booking a makeup course instead of a hairstyling course).

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy primarily applies to our annual membership:
Annual Membership Commitment
- Signing up for the Wig Academy Basic Plan means you agree to a 12-month annual membership.
- This membership is paid via 12 monthly payments, granting you access to all courses and platform benefits during this period.
Cancellation Requests
- You can request to cancel your subscription at any time.
- However, your cancellation will take effect only after the completion of the 12-month period.
- Early cancellations do not void remaining payments in the annual contract; the full 12-month commitment must be fulfilled.
Automatic Renewal
- Your membership will automatically renew for another 12-month period if not canceled before the renewal date.
- To prevent renewal, submit a cancellation request before the final month of your current term.
How to Cancel: If you wish to cancel your membership after fulfilling the 12-month term, contact our support team at support@hair-mastery.com. We recommend reaching out at least 7 days before your renewal date for timely processing.
Non-Refundable Payments
- Payments made toward the annual membership agreement are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.
- If a payment fails, your access may be suspended until the outstanding balance is cleared.

Account Sharing Policy
Strictly Prohibited: Sharing of login credentials is not allowed.
