The Fashion Week Bootcamp & Retreat is a once-a-year, intimate, all-inclusive seven-day immersion held in Ubud, Bali — limited to just 12 stylists worldwide.

This is not a standard education event. It is a complete transformation experience designed to elevate technical mastery, mental resilience, leadership presence, and personal growth.

Across seven powerful days, participants train under two expert leads:

Pablo Kuemin — award-winning Paris-based hairstylist and wig artist with 17+ years of experience in fashion weeks, film, editorial, and global education. He teaches the craft, discipline, and backstage hierarchy required to succeed at the highest levels.

Jason Milne — transformational coach in peak performance and leadership development with 19 years of experience guiding individuals through pressure, mindset expansion, and personal breakthroughs.

Programme Structure (5 Disciplines)

1. Foundation – Backstage Rules & Mindset Reset
   Understanding hierarchy, assisting etiquette, expectations, and the unwritten rules of backstage work — combined with grounding, awareness, and intention setting.

2. Craft – Fashion Week Hair Hands-On
   Demonstrations and practical hairstyling sessions focused on backstage precision, speed, styling under pressure, and creative execution.

3. Inner Work – Pressure, Stress & Confidence
   Tools for managing stress, shifting limiting beliefs, and developing genuine confidence in high-performance environments.

4. Leadership
   Transitioning from assistant to leader. Holding space, guiding teams, earning trust, and building presence.

5. Integration – Full Fashion Week Simulation
   A complete backstage simulation combining brief, preparation, time pressure, execution, and finishing — integrating mindset, leadership, and craft.
