THE BEST HAIRDRESSERS IN THE WORLD WORK BOTH WORLDS.

The only masterclass built from 17 years on both sides of the industry.

introduction

WHY THIS MASTERCLASS
This class didn’t come from a trend — it came from 17 years of living between two worlds.

For most of my career, I’ve done something very few hairdressers get to do: jump between fashion weeks, editorial shoots, film sets and art installations — and walk comfortably in the Hair World achieving many great things.

What I discovered is that these two worlds aren’t separate. They feed each other. The speed, precision and creative problem-solving you develop backstage at Fashion Week makes you a better salon stylist. And the consultation skills, client psychology and commercial awareness you build in the salon make you a better session stylist.

But almost nobody teaches you how to connect them.

Most education keeps these worlds apart. You either learn “creative” or you learn “commercial.” You attend a fashion-focused seminar and go home inspired but unable to translate it into Monday morning’s client list. Or you take a salon course and leave with techniques but no fire.

This masterclass bridges that gap. It takes the knowledge, the eye, and the methods I’ve accumulated working for Vogue, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Sotheby’s, and on Paris Fashion Week runways — and shows you exactly how to bring that into your salon, your consultations, and your daily work. Not as theory. As a system you can use the moment you get home.

This is not just a hair course. It’s a new way of working — and a new way of talking to your clients about what you do.

About this class

"WHERE FASHION WEEK MEETS MONDAY MORNING."

Over Two transformative days, Pablo will take you inside the creative process that powers fashion-level hair and show you, step by step, how to translate it into commercial results your clients will pay for and talk about.
Day one is immersion. You’ll watch Pablo deconstruct the creative thinking behind editorial and fashion work — how a brief becomes a look, how references become decisions, how speed and instinct develop under pressure. This is the day that changes how you see hair.

Day two is where you make it yours. Through hands-on practice, you’ll work through techniques born on set and backstage — adapted for the salon floor. Styling methods that add perceived value. Finishing details that make clients feel like they’re getting something they can’t get anywhere else. And crucially, the language and consultation framework to communicate all of it.

By the end, you won’t just know new techniques — you’ll have a new way of positioning yourself. A way that makes clients choose you over the salon down the road, come back more often, and tell everyone they know. This is education that makes your work more interesting, more fun, and more profitable — all at once.

What you will learn

Across Two days, you’ll build a complete system for bringing editorial-level thinking into your daily salon work — from creative process and technique to client communication and business positioning. Every lesson is designed to be practical, hands-on, and immediately profitable.

You Will Learn:

  • The editorial eye — how to see hair the way fashion stylists do

  • How to translate a mood, reference or trend into a wearable salon look

  • Backstage techniques adapted for behind the chair — speed, precision, finishing

  • Styling methods that add perceived value to every appointment

  • The art of texture — creating movement, separation and dimension that photographs and lasts

  • Consultation as creative direction — leading the conversation, not following it

  • Client retention through exclusivity — making them feel they’re part of something special

  • How fashion week thinking accelerates your technical growth

  • Building editorial-inspired looks using only salon-available tools and products

  • The mindset shift — from “service provider” to “creative professional”
